Terms and Conditions


1. Payment Obligations

The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon amount for the goods/services provided by the Provider according to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Payments shall be made in Indian Rupees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Methods

The Client agrees to make payments via accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, UPI, PayPal, etc.

Any fees associated with the chosen payment method shall be borne by the Client.

3. Payment Schedule

The payment schedule shall be as follows: [Outline the specific payment schedule, including due dates, milestones, or recurring payments if applicable].

Late payments shall incur a penalty fee of [specify the percentage or flat fee] per day until the outstanding amount is settled.

4. Invoices

Users will receive the invoices for all goods/services rendered.

Invoices shall be sent to the Client via email and shall include all relevant details, including but not limited to the description of goods/services, quantity, unit price, total amount, and payment due date.

5. Late Payments

In the event of late payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend services and/or impose additional charges until payment is received in full.

The Provider also reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover outstanding amounts and associated costs.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding payments, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation and mediation.

7. Taxes

The Client shall be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed on the goods/services provided under this agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing within 15 Days' notice if the other party fails to adhere to the payment terms outlined herein.

9. Amendments

Any amendments to these payment terms and conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Karnataka High Court Jurisdiction.
